Mortgage Relationship Manager

• Full Time | Exempt
• Position Summary: A Mortgage Relationship Manager is responsible for sourcing residential mortgage loan opportunities and coordinating the loan closing process between the client and the bank.
• Minimum Experience:
  • Three years of residential mortgage lending experience
• Preferred Experience:
  • Five or more years of residential mortgage lending experience in the Middle Tennessee lending market
  • Demonstrated ability to produce strong sales results

Finance Manager

• Full Time | Exempt
• Position Summary: The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning and analysis. This position will serve a critical role in reviewing data, performing analysis, identifying trends, and preparing/maintaining reports and models to support the Bank’s ongoing decision-making. The Finance Manager will support the CFO in driving the financial performance of the organization by serving as a guardian of the margin and an architect of long-term financial strategies for success.
• Minimum Experience:
  • 5-10 years of relevant and progressive experience in FP&A functions at a growing financial services organization
• Preferred Experience:
  • 3-5 years of leadership experience in FP&A functions at a growing financial services organization
  • Community banking experience preferred

Wire and Digital Operations Team Lead

• Full Time | Exempt
• Position Summary: The Wire and Digital Operations Team Lead is responsible for managing a team and department initiatives focused on digital operations including wire transfers, online/mobile banking, and related functions, ensuring efficient operations, compliance, and the delivery of a positive internal and external client experience. Reporting to the Deposit Operations Manager, this position works closely with Deposit Operations, Treasury Management, Retail Banking, and Commercial Banking teams.
• Minimum Experience:
  • Ten years of banking or financial industry experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
• Preferred Experience:
  • Fifteen years of banking or financial industry experience
  • Managerial experience
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college in a Business Administration discipline
